All drivers for My Ride US Corp must be at least 18 years of age, and maintain the following:

A valid US / State Driver’s License

A valid and current vehicle registration

A clean and operable motor vehicle ie, Car, SUV, Truck or Van that has passed state and county inspections.

Valid and current Vehicle Insurance with Liability Coverage.

An acceptable driving history / record. ( background checks will be conducted by My Ride US Corp)

A clean criminal history.  ( Background checks will be conducted by My Ride Us Corp)

Must obey all traffic laws and regulations, as well as all state laws, city laws and ordinances.

Must read and adhere to all terms of service and legal requirements within the My Ride US

Corp guidelines, including, but not limited to: Anti Sexual Harassment, anti discrimination, Americans with disabilities Act, Service Animals and all other Federal, State, and local Laws and ordinances.

My Ride Us Corp reserves the right to bar or deny use of the Apps for Drivers or Passengers for any violations of the above terms and conditions.
